Following your sauna session, step into a cozy, traditional grill kota hut. Here, your host will prepare classic Lapland delicacies over open flames: fresh local rieska flatbread, traditional sausages, or a hearty signature potato boat dish stuffed with slow-cooked local venison meat, seasoned with native berries and wild herbs. Accompanied by two cold beverages of your choice.

Designed with a unhurried pace in mind, the evening gives you time to disconnect, enjoy delicious food, and embrace the quiet magic of autumn in Lapland.
